and is focused on cross-company partnerships with our most critical partners, to drive accretive long-term growth for Intuit. This team ensures Intuit has the right access to all data sources from all partners in a reliable way to enable ‘done for you experiences’ across all our products. We work with the world's largest platforms, financial institutions, and ISVs to accomplish our goals.Key initiatives for the Corporate Business Development team include:Drive and execute on a “One-Intuit partner strategy” with our most important platform partners to accelerate top-line growth.Define and execute a unified data-in partner strategy to ensure Intuit has access to durable, quality data across all our lines of business.Drive and execute on our most critical company-wide named strategic partners in a coordinated One-Intuit way.About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, results-oriented executive to join our Corporate Business Development team. The Director of Corporate Business Development, Data-In will be responsible for driving a unified data partnership strategy for Intuit that is cohesive and coordinated across all business units.This individual will challenge existing data partnership assumptions with new thinking that is broad and unconstrained (e.g., exploring new and alternative data providers, evaluating new commercial constructs, and balancing the need for quality vs. coverage). Additionally, this leader will continually evaluate competition’s strategy and Intuit’s priorities such as externalization and Gen AI to establish data partnerships that fortify Intuit’s leadership as an AI-driven expert platform.Responsibilities

Define and execute a unified, multi-year data partnership strategy.Deliver durable Data Partnerships across Intuit.Establish consistent data partnership principles with SLAs.Drive competitive advantage and differentiation to deliver the highest customer impact.Partner with each BU to determine key data needs and the methodology to define durable, quality data SLAs.Lead partnership innovation around new data strategies.Ensure a One Intuit view for all key enterprise data partners and drive impact across the ecosystem by being the single point for Intuit stakeholders.Accelerate growth and customer benefit with our Partnership Community through partnership operational excellence in cross-Intuit initiatives.Minimum Requirements

15+ years of large-scale strategic partnership experience, including innovative growth partnerships, go-to-market strategies, and co-creation of experiences with strategic partners.Demonstrated strength managing a large-scale, strategic partnerships organization with the ability to scale, including across multiple geographies.Proven track record of developing and delivering successful, innovative partner strategies that translate into new customer acquisition and revenue growth.Proven ability to influence and negotiate with key enterprise partners to accelerate growth and customer benefit with our Partnership Community.Possess strong strategic thinking, outstanding business acumen, and operational rigor to solve customer and partner problems at speed and deliver cross-Intuit initiatives at scale.Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and lead across all levels of the organization and functions.Experienced at building a high-performance organization and inspiring, leading, and developing members of the team.Strong bias for action with the ability to balance short and long-term priorities, and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
