Come see for yourself!Under direct supervision of the General Diagnostic Manager and Medical Director, the Radiologic Technologist (RT) will produce diagnostic images utilizing a variety of radiographic equipment. Fix radiographic, fluoroscopic, and mobile equipment following prescribed protocols and procedures. As the RT, you will competently perform radiographic procedures on neonates, infants, children, adults, and geriatric patients. Complete all studies in a timely and efficient manner and produce film images utilizing Digital Radiography, image processors, and process as prescribed standards.Duties include but are not limited to:Assist in performing sterile technique procedures as requiredAssist Radiologist as neededFollow established quality assurance proceduresMaintain patient dignity and confidentialityPatient education prior to the examinationPreparation of needed supplies and equipment set upThe RT is expected to support UCLA healthcare radiology locations in the Santa Monica and Westwood region. Radiologic Technologists need to possess the skills, knowledge, and abilities essential to the successful performance of duties assigned to the position; graduate of a Radiologic Technology Training Program approved by the American Medical Association or equivalent training, maintaining current CRT, CRT - Fluoro, and ARRT licensure.Salary: $46.21 - $56.32 HourlyQualifications
