Position Summary:

Provide strong administrative support to the Enrollment Management Leadership team, which includes the Directors and Vice President for Enrollment Management.Position Status:

Non-exempt, Full-timeDuties & Responsibilities:Assisting in the production of Enrollment Management reportsSubmit expense reports for the Enrollment Management Leadership teamCoordinates meetings and prepares meeting notesCoordinate travel arrangements for VPEM as well as team conferences and eventsActs as a liaison between the VPEM and various departments of the University and outside vendors; generates written and email correspondence and communication for VPEMAssist with Admissions events for students and Enrollment Management teamResponsible for purchasing and maintaining inventory of supplies for office and eventsAssist in maintaining training materials and scheduling training sessions with new team membersProcess applications and provide administrative support for the Early College ProgramAssist the Marketing Manager with developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns as neededMaintain a high level of confidentialityOther duties as assigned to support departmental DivisionEmployment Standards:QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience with budgets and other financial reporting. Admissions experience is preferred.Knowledge and Skills:Solid grasp of Excel to develop and maintain financial and numerical spreadsheets with varied formulas and formattingModerate to high typing speed is also needed to ensure work can be completed promptlyMust be able to compose articulate and concise business letters and other correspondenceMust be able to take verbal direction and develop letters or correspondence in response to incoming business mattersMust have excellent interpersonal skills, including a positive and outgoing personality that is warm and welcoming, as well as excellent telephone skills as duties include answering phone calls, assisting with the direction of people who come to the Admissions, and multi-tasking across a myriad of dutiesProfessional telephone screening of calls and scheduling of appointments is critical, and the ability to work overtime may sometimes be requiredA “can-do” attitude is essential as the role may include a variety of tasks, including making coffee, filing, handling constant phone calls or drop-by personnel, or representing the Vice President or the management team at meetings, University functions, etc.Excellent computer skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office ApplicationsExcellent interpersonal and telephone skillsMust be self-directed and able to take initiativeFlexibility to work with a wide variety of personalities and temperamentsAccountabilities:

Very busy, fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Professional attire is required. Extensive contact with students and fellow staff both in person and by phone.Character:
