Field Marketing Representative
for Cirkul, you will play a pivotal role in activating brand, event, and retail marketing initiatives in your assigned geographical area. You will have a knack for bringing brands to life and engaging with consumers in creative ways! What does an average day look like?
Driving Results:
Plan, coordinate, and participate in events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Be the face of our brand at events, showcasing our innovative beverages and engaging with potential customers. Support retail merchandising, education, and demonstrations.
Taking Ownership:
Take charge of executing brand activation strategies that effectively communicate our company's values and product offerings. Create memorable and authentic brand experiences that resonate with consumers.
Making Decisions:
Track and measure the success of marketing initiatives through data analysis and reporting. Provide regular feedback to the marketing team on campaign performance and consumer feedback.
Cultivating Relationships:
Become an expert in our beverage products, understanding their unique features and benefits. Effectively communicate this information to consumers and retailers.
Instilling Trust:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Use this knowledge to provide valuable insights to the marketing team and adapt strategies accordingly.
Customer Focus:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners. Collaborate with store managers to implement eye-catching in-store displays, promotions, and merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance our brand presence.
What background should you have?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in field marketing, brand activation, or related roles within the beverage or consumer products industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Travel is a requirement, at times by airplane and may include overnight stays.
Ability to work nights and weekends with some occasional holidays.
