As a Senior Revenue Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the month-end closing process and be responsible for maintaining and updating E-Commerce and store revenue reports. You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, analyze financial results, provide insights, and work closely with business partners to drive continuous operational improvements.Your Key Responsibilities IncludeMonth-End Closing: Participate in the revenue accounting function’s month-end closing process, including journal entries, account analysis, analytical reviews, and bank reconciliations.Financial Analysis: Analyze financial results and provide relevant insights and explanations to stakeholders.Revenue Reporting: Prepare E-Commerce and store revenue reporting, and monitor daily bank deposits, reconciling them with POS and Order Management systems.Operational Support: Liaise with third-party credit card processing companies and support bank and external audit requests.Special Projects: Perform ad-hoc/special projects and analysis as required.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.2 to 4 years of progressive accounting experience with an accounting firm or retail environment.CPA preferred, but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Lawson is a Plus.Strong analytical and evaluation skills, with the ability to exercise judgment to achieve results.Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening) and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask, manage projects, and meet deadlines effectively.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of building effective partnerships.Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Why We Love ItWork-Life Balance: Prioritize a healthy work-life balance.Employee Benefits: Up to 30% employee discount and product sample sales.Supportive Environment: A fun and supportive work environment where you feel welcomed and safe.Inclusive Culture: A culture of inclusion that empowers you to be your best authentic self.Wellness Programs: Virtual fitness classes, personal health advocates, coaches, gym discounts, and more.Generous Leave: Accrued Vacation, Sick Time, and Personal Holidays.Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Commuter Benefits, Employee Assistance, and more for eligible employees.CA Pay Range is $90,000 – $110,000 annually.If you need reasonable accommodations to complete the on-line application, please contact the Human Resource Department:Phone:
