Fairmont Gold SupervisorAt Fairmont Chateau Whistler, unparalleled service and luxury awaits guests of Fairmont Gold, our exclusive 'hotel within a hotel'. As Fairmont Gold Supervisor, you will deliver warm and personalized service to our guests.This is a full-time, permanent position, starting in
November.Starting Rate of Pay:
$24.30 per hourWe recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $28.90 per hour.Job Duties Include:Lead and supervise the Fairmont Gold attendants to ensure all Fairmont Gold Standards and operating procedures are adhered toMonitor maintenance of the physical Fairmont Gold productReview all Fairmont Gold reservations to ensure requests are metEnsure the highest possible revenues are generated for Fairmont Gold, working with the Front Office team on daily upsell programsHandle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areasDevelop and maintain contacts with counterparts in other Fairmont properties as well as other hotels and hospitality services in the Whistler areaDevelop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyaltyProvide exceptional Concierge information to our guests about local and area attractionsQualifications
