This role will focus on leveraging legal expertise to champion the cause of injured individuals and ensure they receive appropriate compensation for their losses. The Senior Litigation Attorney will oversee all facets of personal injury litigation, including managing a team of associate attorneys and support staff while providing strategic guidance and legal counsel.Duties:Oversee and manage all aspects of personal injury litigation cases from inception to resolution.Supervise associate attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management and client representation.Provide expert legal counsel to plaintiffs, safeguarding their rights and pursuing fair compensation for physical injuries, medical expenses, and other related losses.Prepare for and conduct trials, including jury selection, opening statements, witness examination, and closing arguments.Assemble and scrutinize legal documents such as petitions, motions, discovery responses, settlement contracts, and case-related correspondence.Facilitate resolution discussions with opposing parties, insurance providers, and defense attorneys.Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to maximize case outcomes.Mentor and guide junior attorneys and staff to achieve optimal client results.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures.Requirements:Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing with the California Bar Association.Significant experience in personal injury law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes, including substantial settlements and verdicts.Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proven leadership and supervisory skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Skills:In-depth understanding of personal injury laws and legal procedures.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software.Ability to develop and implement strategic litigation plans.Effective leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
