A law firm in Charles Town, WV, seeks a highly skilled Personal Injury Lawyer to serve as lead counsel on personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of litigation, from drafting and filing pleadings to conducting depositions and appearing in court proceedings.
