DESCRIPTIONThe Hardware Partnerships team was formed with the purpose of bringing the best of Google’s software and hardware to our users by bringing to market and distributing a Google-branded hardware portfolio. The team is responsible for managing all partnerships with carriers at a regional level. This includes the partnerships for products such as Pixel, Nest, and Google Services.The role: The Carrier team focuses on Google-branded hardware across product categories. Our team is responsible for managing partnerships with our top carriers, including developing channel strategy, marketing and merchandising, and overall market share goals. We partner cross-functionally with marketing, product & engineering, finance and retail marketing teams internally, and with our carrier counterparts across these disciplines.In this role as Channel Sales Manager, you will do the following:Manage Regional Sellout Performance: Work with regional partners to identify strategy to diagnose and improve the performance of underperforming cities and develop pilot programs, incentives, and events to increase regional market share/sales liftRegional Business Development & Planning: Lead regional join business planning and strategy development based on partner opportunities. Analyze and report on regional insights and in-the-field researchPartnership Relationship Management: Develop and strengthen relationships with partner regional leadershipsRegional Level Incentives: Develop and execute regional sell out incentives. Analyze lift and ROI on incentives.Launch Execution: Drive flawless regional launch executionProgram and Event Execution: Leader execution of regional programs, promos, trainings, and events by coordinating with regional carrier team and cross functional teamsAnnual Salary Range:

$80,000 - $85,000RESPONSIBILITIESUp to 80% travel within the Mountain Region of the United StatesDrive sell-out of Google products through innovation, relationships, and sale strategies at the carrier levelManage day-to-day Operations for Google’s retail presence, including travel as neededDistill insights and pursue improvements based on analysis of key performance metricsDevelop key relationships and influence carrier partners at the regional levelEnsure the successful implementation and ongoing management of all customer programs and new products and servicesWork with 3rd party vendor resources to deliver upon SLA’s and contract termsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.3+ years of experience in carrier channel field sales and operationsDeep understanding of carrier channel, economics, incentives and operational dynamicsExisting relationships within Regional or District Carrier HQ and fluid at navigating Markets/HQ dynamics preferredExcellent intrinsic skillset: communications, problem solving, leadershipAlong with competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits program.
