4 days in office, 1 day WFHRelocation Assistance providedWe are currently partnering with a Retail client in Atlanta, GA, who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Procurement Manager to join their growing team.Position Summary:The Sourcing Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sourcing and procurement activities for the organization. This role involves developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that procurement processes align with the company's goals and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement within the retail sector, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex projects.Experience with Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO) is highly desirable, along with strong analytical and coding skills to create cost models and link data within software.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing:

Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and cost-saving goals.Supplier Management:

Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality, cost-efficiency, and reliability.Contract Negotiation:

Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions while ensuring compliance with company policies.Procurement Process Management:

Oversee the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO):

Utilize CSO tools to enhance sourcing strategies, drive efficiency, and maximize cost savings.Cost Modeling:

Write and implement codes and formulas to create cost models and link data within the software, optimizing procurement decisions.Analytical Insights:

Leverage strong analytical skills to analyze procurement data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain, including market volatility, supplier performance, and supply continuity.Budget Management:

Develop and manage the procurement budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including product development, finance, and operations, to align sourcing strategies with business needs.Sustainability:

Promote and implement sustainable sourcing practices, ensuring that procurement decisions support the company's sustainability goals.Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, emerging suppliers, and potential opportunities for cost savings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably within the retail industry.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Experience with Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO) is highly desirable .Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and driving cost savings.Proficiency in coding (e.g., Python, VBA) and the ability to write formulas to create cost models and link data within procurement software.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of procurement software and tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
