Position Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department and drive our people strategy. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping our organizational culture, managing HR operations, and aligning human resources practices with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to develop and implement strategies that support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals. Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on HR-related matters.Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and succession planning. Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure compensation practices align with industry standards.HR Operations: Lead the HR team to deliver efficient HR services, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.Organizational Development: Drive initiatives that support organizational development and change management. Promote employee engagement and leadership development programs.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR practices comply with all relevant legal requirements. Manage risk related to employment practices and ensure adherence to company policies.Data and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Attributes: Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change. Proven ability to manage complex HR issues and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
