Manager, Billing Operations - New Business Development

Our full funnel ad solutions leverage Walmart's in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with Walmart consumers, and convert Walmart consumers to shoppers.ResponsibilitiesPartner with RevOps Program management team on launching new business initiatives.Work with cross functional teams (Product, Advertising Business systems) to understand the new product and submit requirements for Billing.Provide decision-making support from Billing perspective to help develop the long-term goals and strategies.Actively participate in and drive system enhancements that streamline revenue operations processes by testing data and functionalities.Perform end to end UAT for all billing systems.Communicate findings to stakeholders to improve current and new systems.Acquire data from multiple tools and systems like Salesforce, Placements IO, and Ad Servers to extract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by leveraging business intelligence tools and software.Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to solve business issues.Improve existing processes through cross functional collaboration.Work on implementing financial process and system improvements by defining business requirements and proposing solutions.QualificationsBachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business, Marketing, Information Technology Management, or related field and 2 years of experience in business management, Project management, or related field.Passionate and Curious to learn about digital advertising.Experience working with systems like CRM (Salesforce), Business Intelligence System (Tableau)Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Excel/Access)Experience to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and highly demanding work environment.Experience shifting priorities while maintaining organization and control.Experience executing User Acceptance Testing on new software products.Highly collaborative and strong communicator comfortable working cross functionally.High level of accountability; proven ability to take ownership and solve problems.Ambitious self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for excellence and delivery of results.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
