The ideal candidate will have experience litigating before U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), or the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). The position requires a strong background in intellectual property law, particularly in patent litigation, and preferred educational qualifications include an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field.
