Your Role

In this role, you will directly manage key accounts, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded while aligning with company targets and guidelines. Utilize your expertise in our vertical service offerings and become an integral part of our customers' decision-making processes. Your Responsibilities
Directly manage key accounts in line with agreed targets and company guidelines.Understand and navigate customer organizations, decision-making processes, and business environments.Negotiate rates and service contracts, ensuring all commercial requirements are documented.Utilize your expert knowledge of our vertical service offerings.Adhere to our sales management processes and maintain accurate updates in our customer relationship management systems.Monthly performance metrics and take immediate corrective actions as needed.Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, reviewed and approved by sales managers.Ensure seamless transition of new business into operations.Conduct regular review sessions with customers to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Your Skills And Experiences
Bachelor's Degree5+ years of Global Account Sales experienceExperience with logistics processes and solutions
