In this role, you will directly manage key accounts, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded while aligning with company targets and guidelines. Utilize your expertise in our vertical service offerings and become an integral part of our customers' decision-making processes. Your Responsibilities

Directly manage key accounts in line with agreed targets and company guidelines.

Understand and navigate customer organizations, decision-making processes, and business environments.

Negotiate rates and service contracts, ensuring all commercial requirements are documented.

Utilize your expert knowledge of our vertical service offerings.

Adhere to our sales management processes and maintain accurate updates in our customer relationship management systems.

Monthly performance metrics and take immediate corrective actions as needed.

Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, reviewed and approved by sales managers.

Ensure seamless transition of new business into operations.

Conduct regular review sessions with customers to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Your Skills and Experiences

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of Global Account Sales experience

Experience with logistics processes and solutions

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
