As a true partner we help local entrepreneurs and professionals realize their full potential by providing banking services that serve their unique needs.This Commercial Relationship Manager will do the following:Responsible for generating new and servicing a variety of commercial/business loans, and bank services in accordance with individually established business development goals.Achieves portfolio growth and cross-sale goals.Oversees assigned loan portfolio to ensure proper compliance with loan covenants.Responsible for monitoring portfolio quality, stability and managing risks.Makes presentations regarding bank products and services to prospective clients and company principals.Performs underwriting functions as needed.Continually monitors credit quality of assigned accounts.Responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.Qualifications:MUST HAVE a BS degree in banking, finance or a related field and 10 plus years of commercial lending or other directly related experience.
