Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process“Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customersKeep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding communityConsult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the dealDaily prospecting via multiple channels for new businessNurture buyer and seller leads in the pipelineStudy and analyze real estate market trendsAttend weekly open houses and broker toursAttend weekly meetings and trainingBuild and maintain your CRMProvide world-class digital marketing to listingsProvide excellent guidance for clients buying and selling residential real estateConduct showings, appointments, and consultationsQualifications:

Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologiesOrganized and manages time effectivelyAbility to communicate effectively (oral and written)Self-motivation and driveA proven record of sales experience and success is preferredHold an active, valid California Real Estate LicenseHave at least 1+ year or 3 transactions in real estate sales historyAre a Go-getter, highly motivated, and self-starter with a commitment to excellenceCompensation:
