You’ll work with highly driven, smart engineers in Rippling, and build world-class products and platforms that enable our users to unleash the potential of Rippling Platform. You’ll have the opportunity to lead greenfield projects from 0 to 1 with high autonomy. This is a high ownership, impact, and visibility role in building a product that will directly impact Rippling’s growth.What You'll DoDevelop high-quality software with attention to detailShip incrementally and continually at high velocityBuild highly flexible and customizable platform that scalesWork with engineers in a highly cross functional teamBecome the in-house expert on Rippling customers and competitionQualifications7+ years of professional experience as a software engineerExperience in both backend and frontend engineeringExperience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to drive projects from 0 to 1Comfortable at developing scalable and extendable core services used in many productsAbility to thrive in an ambiguous environment by identifying areas of impact and independently pursuing themA track record of influencing and enabling forward-thinking technology decisions across a wide organizationExcellent ability to communicate complex technical ideas with clarity and precision in written and verbal modesBonus - experience with HTML canvasAdditional InformationRippling is an equal opportunity employer.
