Join us on our journey and make a meaningful impact on the lives of people around the globe.Position SummaryThe Director of Medical Education is responsible for developing and implementing medical education programs that support the strategic objectives of the company. The position is also responsible for physician relations activities, with an emphasis on KOL management. The role is customer-facing and is a people leader position. It involves managing a team in collaborating with both internal and external key stakeholders to deliver high quality education content in order to enhance the knowledge and skills of medical professionals in using the Paradise ultrasound renal denervation technology. This individual is core to physician relationship management for ReCor and will develop and maintain relationships with many KOLs.Responsibilities and Duties

Design and execute medical education programs, including webinars and peer-to-peer events, to support the strategic objectives in driving the adoption of uRDN.Partner with physicians to develop education contents and disseminate them via different channels to maximize reach and impact.Build and operationalize the Speaker’s Bureau from selecting speakers, developing training curriculum, maintaining speaker’s deck, and using speakers at both regional and national events.Create engagement plans for key opinion leaders to ensure strategic management of KOL relationships.Build uRDN Centers of Excellence by partnering with selected sites on event curriculum, content creation and program execution to share best practices in RDN program building.Oversee ReCor’s advisory boards through coordinating with internal key stakeholders to execute the programs.Oversee the educational grants process to ensure compliance and achieve ReCor’s educational objectives.Responsible for Societies’ engagement and relationship management.Partner with Marketing to oversee execution of conference symposia, including agenda design, content development, and physician speaker coaching.Skilled at the appropriate coaching of physicians in the development and delivery of scientific communications, especially on podium presentations.Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales and Scientific Affairs, to align on educational initiatives.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (i.e. MD, PhD, MSc, MBA) preferred.10+ years of medical device industry experience in Medical Education, Medical Affairs or Marketing.Strategic thinking to understand physician education needs and focus on driving initiatives that can impact the business.Proven track record in designing and executing customer-facing programs.Competence and credibility to build relationships of trust with physicians and associated professional staff.Effective people leader who can attract talents and build a strong and motivated team.Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Scientific Affairs to execute on educational programs.Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.Expect to travel up to 40% of the time.Prior roles with customer-facing experience in the cardiovascular space in the medical device industry is highly preferred.$225,000 - $255,783 a year
