We are building the next-generation Automation AI platform to automate repetitive processes. It provides a unique “observe, learn, and automate” end-to-end experience powered by an actions-based foundation model. Our product observes a user’s activities, identifies repetitive work steps, and generates the suggestions that ultimately automate these tasks. Moreover, we work behind the scenes to continuously learn from human feedback, becoming smarter with no coding involved.
The two founders have unparalleled domain knowledge and AI expertise - one led AI product and business development teams at UiPath (enterprise automation leader) from early stage through IPO and the other led the engineering teams at Google building successful enterprise AI products over the last decade. Software Engineer, Machine LearningYou will be working on building a category-defining product - AI Automation will be a cornerstone in every enterprise in the world. Responsibilities
Contribute to all aspects of the Machine Learning development process, including model architecture, data curation, training and inference infrastructures, evaluation pipelines, PEFT, and many other exciting cutting-edge AI technologies as they emerge.
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain a high-quality product.
Collaborate with product engineers to develop and integrate ML models and features.
Collaborate with research scientists on original research in the space of foundation models.
Build reliable and secure systems to power our web-based applications.
Develop prototypes and experiments while researching and developing novel ideas, new AI tools, and technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong algorithm, data structure, and coding skills.
Familiar with the state of the art in AI.
Experience in end-to-end ML application development, including data engineering, model tuning, and model serving.
Experience in NLP.
3+ years of relevant working experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated track record of excellence and desire to grow.
Experience at fast-growing companies or startups.
Experience in large-scale ML development.
Exposure to architectural patterns of large-scale software applications.
5+ years of relevant working experience.
Compensation$200-300k base + equity + cash bonus
