As the Market Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping patient-centric, clinically excellent, and financially durable clinic operations across Tia’s markets (NY, LA, AZ, SF). Collaborating closely with clinical leadership, you'll lead the strategic and tactical efforts to enhance patient care and elevate operational efficiency in our clinics. Your responsibilities will include owning the development and execution of operating plans, implementing data-driven solutions to drive performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives in the market. Additionally, you'll oversee a team of clinic managers and frontline teammates, championing Tia's culture of excellence.Role Responsibilities

Providing leadership and oversight for multi-site markets, collaborating directly with clinical operations in a dyad model.Directly managing 3-4 multi-site clinic manager(s) and overseeing a team of 60+ frontline teammates (medical assistants, phlebotomists, and front desk associates).Developing and executing operating plans, balancing key business objectives: patient access and experience, teammate engagement and retention, clinical quality, and operational excellence.Collaborating with marketing, clinical services, and business operations to monitor key demand trends and forecast market hiring and staffing.Developing strategies and frameworks to establish, adjust, or build operational processes aligned with business goals.Managing appointment supply and the associated costs to drive durable financials.Developing and utilizing data-driven insights to identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities, implementing scalable solutions for impact.Growing market by supporting new clinic launches, assisting with clinical program pilots, and determining scalable hiring and staffing strategies.Leading and/or supporting cross-market, cross-functional projects designed to increase financial, operational, and clinical performance for the organization.Working closely with clinical partners, most notably Cedars Sinai, to create and implement strategies and processes to optimize patient experience and clinical outcomes.Candidate Qualifications

Multi-Site Operations:

Responsibility for a multi-site operational business, ideally an outpatient clinic model or other similar business.Inspirational Leadership:

Establish trust, demonstrates poise and perspective in communication as you work towards solutions with teammates at all levels within the company.Data Analysis & Decision Making:

Comfortable gathering data and synthesizing it into actionable insights; capable of independently owning complex analyses.Strong Financial Acumen:

Demonstrated proficiency in financial management, including overseeing P&L and budgets.Project Management:

Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects, encompassing strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, risk management, and financial oversight.Highly Agile: Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; as comfortable debating strategy at 10K feet as getting into the nitty gritty details to ensure the success of an initiative.Must live in one of Tia’s multi-site markets (NYC or LA); 2-3 days a week presence in clinics.Available for moderate overnight travel (30%) to other markets.Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.About Us
