The President of Commercial Development will be responsible for leading and driving the commercial development strategy of the company. This role is critical to the company's growth objectives and will involve overseeing the commercial team, including field operations and the Director of Operations, ensuring the financial success of the department. The role involves extensive business development, strategic leadership, and financial management.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy:

Provide strategic leadership to the commercial team, focusing on business planning, market expansion, and achieving financial targets.Business Development:

Drive business development efforts with a diverse client base, including residential and corporate sustainability clients. This includes leading negotiations, pricing strategies, and financial modeling with support from the Director of Commercial Operations.Market Expansion:

Expand the company’s commercial footprint across all 50 states, building on current successes in California. This includes knowledge of regional programs and rebates, such as those in Illinois.Financial Management:

Oversee the financial health of the commercial division, ensuring profitability and sustainability. This includes managing a mix of PPA and Capex financing models and engaging with financial partners.Client Engagement:

Develop and maintain relationships with mid-market clients and national developers, managing portfolios ranging from 250kW to 12.5MW.Construction Oversight:

Leverage construction knowledge to guide project execution and ensure regional standards and regulations compliance.Confidentiality:
