About Our Client:

Our client, a dynamic organization based in Washington, DC, is seeking an Events and Meetings Coordinator to join their team. This role is critical in supporting and executing various events and meetings, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and vision.

Job Description:

The Events and Meetings Coordinator will play a key role in organizing and executing company events and meetings. This position involves developing a thorough understanding of the requirements for each event, coordinating with design teams to produce event materials, and managing communication with speakers and VIPs. The role is a hybrid position, offering a mix of in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that all events and meetings align with the company’s mission and vision.

Understand and implement the specific requirements for each event and meeting.

Create content for event and meeting materials, collaborating with design teams for production.

Prepare and distribute confirmation letters and communications for speakers and VIPs attending regional meetings.

Qualifications:

Experience:

2-4 years of administrative support experience, particularly in event coordination.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Soft Skills:

Self-starter, confident, organized, and positive.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
