As an Account Manager - Building Automation Systems here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Building Automation (BA) business unit. Your expertise in managing key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company.

You will report directly to our Sales Director and you'll work out of our California location on a remote work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by effectively managing and growing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the company's overall financial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions will enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen the company's market position, and drive long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic Healthcare Vertical Territory Management Plans and individual Account / Opportunity Plans.Proficiency in applying a consultative selling framework to improve customer conversion rate.Identify and target new migration and share of wallet opportunities with existing customers and negotiate deals to close new business.Demonstrate a strategic approach to new & existing customers and opportunities through opportunity planning.Act as a
