As an Account Manager - Building Automation Systems here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Building Automation (BA) business unit. Your expertise in managing key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company.You will report directly to our Sales Director and you'll work out of our California location on a remote work schedule.In this role, you will impact the company by effectively managing and growing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the company's overall financial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions will enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen the company's market position, and drive long-term business growth.Key Responsibilities:

Strong Sales Management Operating System (MOS):Develop and implement strategic Healthcare Vertical Territory Management Plans and individual Account / Opportunity PlansProficiency in applying a consultative selling framework to improve customer conversion rateQuota-Achievement:Capable of identifying and targeting new migration and share of wallet opportunities with existing customers and negotiating deals to close new businessAbility to demonstrate strategic approach to new & existing customers and opportunities through opportunity planningTeam PlayerActs as a “quarterback” to enhance the Honeywell-to-customer rapport through facilitating deep and wide personal/professional relationships throughout the customer sales cycle and cross-functionally within both organizationsBe a customer advocate within Honeywell and a Honeywell advocate with your customerThis role will remain open for application until an offer is accepted.Application Deadline: The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business-to-business sales or account management role in the Building Technology Solutions (BMS, Security, or fire alarms)Background in the use of CRM/Salesforce or equivalentWE VALUE

Proficiency in applying a consultative selling frameworkDemonstrated aptitude of selling new recurring maintenance, Cyber Security, or predictive analytics SaaS solutions.Excellent communication skillsAbility to influence at varying levels across the organizationSelf-starter entrepreneurs, capable of working autonomouslyBachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or Business AdministrationAdditional Information
