This role offers the opportunity to be deeply involved in prosecuting high-stakes cases, with a focus on thorough legal research, strategic case planning, and litigation.Key Duties:Advocate zealously for clients in complex consumer fraud, data privacy, and breach of warranty class action cases.Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.Draft and revise legal documents, including complaints, briefs, and memoranda.Participate in strategy sessions and case planning meetings with senior attorneys and the litigation team.Review and analyze discovery materials to identify key evidence and build a strong case.Write and research pleadings, discovery, and motions.Attend hearings and represent clients in court.Stay updated on relevant legal precedents, industry trends, and regulatory changes that may impact ongoing cases.Coordinate with expert witnesses, including reviewing expert reports and preparing for expert depositions.Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to the Los Angeles office.Requirements:Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently.Experience in mediation.Class action experience is a plus.Appellate experience is a plus.Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active Bar License in Good Standing with the California State Bar.Skills:Strong legal research and writing abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Proficiency in typing and using legal research databases.Experience:Should have 3+ years of litigation experience.Benefits:Paid time off and paid holidaysOpportunities for growth and advancementTeam outings and sponsored eventsFirm-paid Medical HMO with affordable upgradesLow-cost Dental and Vision plansFirm-paid Life and AD&D insurance401(k) planFSA (Flexible Spending Account)EAP (Employee Assistance Program)Pet InsuranceCompany info
