Duties:Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Develop strategies to litigate wage and hour matters in state and federal courts.Participate in a litigation team representing clients in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations.Conduct persuasive legal research, writing, and oral advocacy under the mentorship of senior attorneys.Analyze complex legal issues and develop innovative legal arguments.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.Requirements:Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.Superior analytical and legal research skills.Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to exercise common sense and sound judgment in complex situations.Meticulous attention to detail and adaptability.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the California State Bar.Skills:Excellent legal research and writing abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Job Location
