This is your shot to create work for one of America’s most iconic brands. It is a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities to develop work that a lot of creatives only dream of.Our team oversees, concepts, and creates the Vis ID that gets picked up by all other partner agencies to use in their channels for each promotional window of the year. We execute everything surrounding the restaurant experience from printed POP, and video assets for our menu boards, as well as the menu experience itself. We have also led the design of in-restaurant seasonal packaging and Dunkin’ CPG packaging at retail.We’re looking for someone who can help bring Dunkin’s unique point of view to life visually at point of sale and beyond. In addition to designing strong layouts, we need a senior art director who can bring bigger thematic and conceptual retail activations to life. We work at a fast pace so being organized and punctual is important. Experience working in the QSR space is a plus, but not required.Sound like your cup of coffee? Come run with us.Qualifications

Extremely strong graphic design skillsMust be able to lead photoshootsHas experience shooting tabletop motionIs a conceptual thinker and problem solverActively partner with copywriters to ensure that design and copy are working together across the customer journey.Actively participates in client brainstorming sessions to develop unexpected, original, and innovative ideas.Develops and maintains a working knowledge of client’s business, industry, and marketing needs.Ensure that internal deadlines, timetables, and approval procedures are adhered to for assigned projects and manages workflow.Ability to work efficiently and at a fast pace on multiple projects at onceCan delegate work and mentor younger talentPresent and sell work to clients.Additional Information

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
