General Manager - Commercial Flooring

Our mission is to consistently provide our customers with superior value through quality execution, service and leadership.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to join our team and oversee our branch's commercial flooring operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the profitable growth and strategic direction of the business unit.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability targetsManage all aspects of the branch operations, including sales, project management, estimating, and customer serviceOversee and manage the performance of all sales and operational staffDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliersEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market shareQualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in commercial flooring sales and/or branch managementStrong track record of success in construction sales and project managementExcellent leadership and team management skillsProven ability to develop and implement strategic plansStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience in estimating and managing project budgetsCompensation and Benefits:- Base Salary: $150K-$175K- OTE: 250K+- Medical- Vision- Dental- 401K- Flexible schedule- Car allowance- Paid business expensesApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Equal Opportunity EmployerCyberCoders, Inc is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
