With locations across the U.S. and Europe, we have brought our instructor-led and on-demand training, coaching, and consulting to numerous individuals and organizations.About The RoleThe Director of Sales Enablement reports to the Chief Revenue Officer, leading the firm’s investments in sales force effectiveness and all functions that are essential to enhancing sales productivity. This is a sales leadership role and is responsible for driving all facets of the sales enablement program. Responsibilities across this program include support, governance, execution, and consistent collaboration with sales leadership and other cross-functional areas.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales effectiveness initiatives, fostering learning and development to enhance seller skills and productivity.Create and manage sales onboarding program, working closely with HR as needed.Assist in the development and execution of training for the Sales team.Manage and/or develop pipeline report requirements and processes, enforcing standardization rules to ensure an accurate sales funnel. Conduct analysis to assess the health of the client sales funnel.Partner with sales leadership and other relevant stakeholders to identify sales support initiatives required to meet the needs of the organization; lead or support identified initiatives.Initiate and maintain a deep understanding of sales processes, tools, customers, and the industry as a whole; maintain a high-level mastery of all processes and procedures (e.g., rules of engagement, sales forecasting).Facilitate prioritization of leads through increased automation (e.g. lead scoring).Serve as the lead for the content preparation/educational aspect of Annual Sales Kickoff, QBRs, and other company training events.Create and drive programs to increase CRM adoption from sales organization.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in a sales enablement function; sales leadership experience preferred.Training program curriculum development.Certified in commonly used sales methodologies; Strategic Selling, SPIN Selling.Excellent communication skills and public speaking acumen.Working knowledge of commercial enablement tools.Track record of change management and improving overall sales productivity.Why Educate 360?At Educate 360, we recognize that truly great ideas come from the bringing together of diverse experiences, opinions, and perspectives in an environment where they can be freely shared; and, that effective teamwork is only possible when every member feels empowered, valued, and respected.
