Business Operations plays a critical role in driving and transforming how we connect across the Intuit ecosystem and operate within the Consumer Group (CG) to achieve Taxes Done for Everyone, supported by an AI-driven expert platform.The Business Operations team aims to provide the business:Strategy to execution clarityAccountability at all levelsFocus on outcomesEfficiency in how we workInterfaces into the Intuit Ecosystem / PlatformResponsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Shape and manage the CG’s operating rhythm and planning processesPartner with platform leaders to influence operating and planningPartner with CG’s senior leaders to jointly problem solve and develop solutions to complex business problemsProvide focused analytical support to leaders responsible for operational improvements, ensuring execution is set up for success and managed rigorouslyLearn from internal and external best practices and work with business leaders to implement and scale them across CGQualifications

We are looking for an individual who can establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout Intuit and is viewed as a team player. CG Business Operations acts as a source of future leaders within the company, and we expect exceptional leadership skills and potential.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have the following:10+ years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology companyDemonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domainsPassion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the businessHighly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at largeWell-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executivesExcellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business senseStrong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skillsStrong process and project management skillsStrong academic record required. MBA, PMP or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution preferred
