The primary purpose of the role is to lead the development of winning solutions for prospective clients. This includes identifying business needs and areas of improvement to be addressed with innovative solutions, consulting on innovations, implementing innovations by working across cross-functional teams, managing project risks, and deploying solutions to both internal and external environments.What this job involvesAs an AI & Innovation Manager at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible for:Identifying AI and innovation/improvement opportunities within JLL Data & Analytics landscapeEvaluating feasibility, effort required, and potential impact of prospective AI and innovation projectsCoordinating cross-functional teams to deliver pilot instances of innovation initiativesManaging AI and innovation projects through cross-functional teamsSolution design of AI and innovation initiativesManaging development of AI solutionsConsulting and deployment of AI solutionsManaging Beta deployments of the developed solutionsGathering early feedback to the developed solutionsDesigning innovation development roadmapsEvaluating complex requirements among multiple stakeholdersManaging and reporting delivery risks and issuesManaging communications with key stakeholdersKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesDemonstrated expertise in developing AI toolsExperience in AI solutions applicationKnowledge in prompt engineeringExpertise in solution designAbility to independently drive projects and initiativesIT Project management with a concentration on software delivery managementBusiness analysis and requirements gatheringCross-functional team coordinationRelationship management and communicationsProven ability to navigate in a large matrix organizationExcellent attention to detailSelf-motivated, able to set priorities and work autonomouslyKnowledge of the real estate industry preferredDemonstrated expertise in CRE applications is a plusAbility to use SQL and Databricks is a plusEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree required, preferably in information systems, computer science, or business administrationAgile PM or equivalent certification preferredMinimum of 10 years of work experience in IT industry or departmentMinimum of 7 years of work experience in leading IT programsExperience in managing simultaneous complex projects from inception to successful completionExperience in the real estate industry is a plusEstimated total compensation for this position is:
132,000.00 – 200,000.00 USD per yearThe pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
