Primary Objective:

The Regional Sales Manager is passionate about the Spectrio products and mission while focused on growing business within the Automotive vertical. The Regional Sales Manager will focus on growth of new and existing Automotive customers.

* Position is based in Denver, CO.

It is FLEX remote where you will work from home while traveling to Dealership locations.

Responsibilities include:

Cultivate a new business pipeline via Cold Calling and Door Swings measurable on a 30, 60 and 90 timeline.Call on the existing client base to sell additional Spectrio services.Effectively demonstrate Spectrio and its productsSuccessfully close business with "A" level decision makers in Automotive or Advertising environmentsEstablish productive, professional relationships with key decision makers in assigned customer accountsRegularly reach and exceed sales quotasFollow up on meetings, proposals, adjustments to proposals, signatures for agreements, gather detailed information, clear and concise Salesforce data entrySuccessfully work in an independent capacity, but with a focus on teamwork with the account management members of their teamWork in collaboration with Regional Account Managers to capitalize on upsell opportunities within the client baseMeet, or exceed, Spectrio Sales Standard of Excellence (SOE)Meet and/or exceed all designated key performance indicators on a monthly basisDevelop and plan proficient, effective, and value-added client contact travel schedulesAdhere to all Spectrio branding and image guidelines, especially as it pertains to client collaborationOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Experience, & Abilities:

Outstanding attitude and proven work ethicExcellent verbal, written and body language communication skills with attentive listeningExcellent presentation skills (both written and oral)Strong cold calling and closing skillsetSolid understanding of sales skills and techniquesStrong attention to detail with a client-centric focusEfficient, structured time managerAbility and willingness to travel within a multi-state regionRelevant work experience of 4 years with outside automotive Account Management, a plusRequirements

5+ years' sales experience, preferably in a similar industryBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field is requiredExperience selling in the technology landscape working between both marketing and information technology teamsA track record of hitting and exceeding goalsProficiency with Salesforce and NetSuite preferredMaintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company requirements
