Digital Consultants is seeking a Federal Contract Specialist/Pricing Analyst to join our team! The Federal Contract Specialist/Pricing Analyst will work closely with our Business Development team throughout the proposal process, from planning to labor rate calculations, cost spreadsheets, and post-award contract administration. To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years of experience in federal government contracting and experience building labor related pricing proposals.
Duties to include:
Analyze proposed prices, forecast trends, and estimate service costs.Evaluate subcontractor bids and perform cost analysis.Develop pre-negotiation positions and support contract negotiations.Support Financial department with reports, budgets, and ROI analysis.Prepare and present pricing analysis findings to clients and senior leadership.Compile proposal package documentation for submission to customer.Administer, modify, and evaluate contract terms.Assist in administration of the Unanet Financial SystemManage GSA contracts, assess DOL Wage DeterminationGenerate contract close-out actions.Identify contracting issues.Stay informed on pricing analysis methods and industry trends.Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specifications.Assure a high level of quality in performance of all work.Perform other corporate assigned duties.Requirements
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' experience in contracting1+ years' experience in using Unanet Financial System2+ years in professional services managing federal government contracts2+ years' experience in building FFP, CPFF and T&M related pricing proposals.Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAdvanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables and formulasExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong decision-making skillsLOCATION: Hybrid-Alexandria, VA or Remote-San Antonio, TX
