Our comprehensive training program will provide you with all the tools to help close a sale. Be provided with access to sales-specific training and ongoing professional development opportunities unique to the Disney brandCapture high-interest leads through multiple sales and marketing tactics, including in-person and virtual opportunitiesDevelop and manage a sales pipeline through multiple types of lead-generation opportunitiesSchedule appointments with Members and Leads to become our newest membersProactively greet guests and spark a conversation about Disney and vacation possibilitiesApply your sales skills to influence guests to learn about Disney Vacation Club by asking for guest contact information for continued sales conversationsInspire and invite guests to learn more while they are on vacation at Disneyland, and commit to taking next steps in learning about Disney Vacation ClubShare your passion for, and knowledge of, everything Disney with our GuestsStaff our discovery desks, open houses, welcome centers and events throughout the Parks & Resorts at different indoor and outdoor locations and engage guests through Disney service excellenceWork with Guests from around the world while engaging in a sales conversation using multiple formats: Chat, Virtual, Phone, and Onsite In-Person InteractionsEmbrace Disney’s philosophy around Sales Approach when engaging with guests and members which is the Counselor’s Sales Approach to create revenueYou Have:
A California Real Estate license that is currently active and in good-standingExpertise working in a competitive sales environmentA dynamic, can-do, and win-win attitudeExperiences handling multiple lead opportunities dailyAbility to work on own while contributing to the team cultureDisplay positivity in work environment and can work in different locations dailyProficiency with computers and with Windows-based programsFull-time availability that includes working multiple shifts, weekends, and holidaysReliable transportation to and from Disneyland Resort daily – this is an-property opportunityExpectation to provide service excellence that aligns with The Walt Disney CompanyRequired Education:
