The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for value selling the Infor Warehouse Management/Supply Chain (WMS) solutions to existing Infor accounts and hunting for net-new business. The Senior Account Manager shall identify and qualify sales opportunities and execute intelligent pursuit plans.A Day in The Life Typically Includes:Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospects.Work closely with prospective clients (net new and existing) to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.Develop compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans and establish, document, and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.Generate pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent quarterly quota achievement.Basic Qualifications:Experience selling Warehouse Management solutions to enterprise organizations.Experience establishing and managing executive level customer relationships.Experience managing sales cycles.Experience developing business relationships to drive sales.Willingness to Travel 50%.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree.Enterprise Resource Planning and/or Cloud-based Software Solutions Sales experience.
