Regional Sales Manager Role
with a $75M, 75-year-old market leader.
The Regional Sales Manager will take over an existing territory in the Southeast U.S. This territory is being split off of an existing rep who will now cover Central/South America. The Southeast territory is thriving and ripe for continued growth.
In this role, you will inherit 200+ current customers with 2M+ ARR. You will be primarily responsible for account management of these accounts while prospecting for new business. There is a small amount of management and coaching with the distributor reps in the territory. You will target wholesale accounts in the beauty supply industry working with large retailers and distributors.

Experience and Requirements:
3-5 years in wholesale sales (preferably outside the beauty industry, such as liquor, pharma, jewelry, tools, or equipment).
Bachelor's degree required.
Bilingual candidates are a plus.
Must be a self-starter with a strong track record in B2B sales, particularly in wholesale environments.
