By pairing face-to-face events with always-on digital channels, ANDMORE provides truly omnichannel business platforms for its global customer base.What You’ll DoThe Coordinator, Social Media and Digital Content supports the execution of social media strategies and digital content initiatives across markets, including Apparel Markets, Formal Markets, Atlanta Market, Las Vegas Market, High Point Market, and shoulder Markets. This role involves managing social media accounts, community engagement, and collaboration with various teams to ensure timely and effective communication of key messages. The Coordinator will also assist with administrative management of digital content programs and support influencer collaborations.Position ResponsibilitiesManage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.Maintain social media and digital content calendar to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and timely communication.Collaborate with Buyer Services and Digital Strategy teams to address user feedback and inquiries on social channels.Collaborate with Community and PR Managers on community management initiatives.Serve as the primary point of contact for project management on creative and digital deliverables.Manage the image database for digital content programs, including Market Snapshot.Support the ( A ) List and other influencer programs by tracking product shipments, communicating with influencer teams and exhibitors, and managing digital content submissions.Coordinate with exhibitors and internal and external collaborators to ensure successful execution of digital content initiatives.Assist in creating and curating engaging content for social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).Generate reports on social media performance metrics and provide insights to the Manager.Monitor trends in social media best practices and recommend improvements to strategies and content.Contribute to the development of new digital programs and community engagement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and digital content creation, preferably in the events or retail industry.Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write reports and marketing content.Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.Experience in social media planning/posting tools (e.g., Sprout, Later) and editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, CapCut).Familiarity with Meta Business Suite is a plus.Experience in B2B preferred; knowledge of the gift, home décor, or apparel industry is a plus.Personal CharacteristicsEnergy, drive, and vision to partner with the team for operational excellence.Commitment to creating a positive work environment and fostering team spirit.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across all organizational levels.Upbeat attitude and commitment to achieving results.Self-motivated and deadline driven.Each of the items listed is considered an essential function of the position.
