Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an Of Counsel to join its Litigation group. This position is open to our client's Miami office.
Education
JDStrong academic credentials from nationally recognized schoolsMD, MPH, PharmD, or Epidemiology degree
Bar Admission
Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
Responsibilities
Communicating with clientsSupervising associatesWorking with expertsAssisting with fact development and depositionsReviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memorandaHelping develop case strategy
Experience
8+ years of experience (preferably gained while practicing at an AmLaw 100 firm)Experience with products liability and/or complex commercial litigationExperience with pharmaceutical and medical device industry a plus
