Due to growth within the White Collar division, we are now seeking an experienced and self motivated Recruiter to join our busy & thriving team, undertaking White Collar Recruitment within the Mining, Construction & Public Sectors.

Working from our office in Belmont, you will be provided the tools to manage your desk. We have user friendly database management systems (JobAdder) as well as easy to use functional tools to ensure that your day to day work is smooth; so you can focus on the core role of making job placements.

You would be at a warm desk, with vacancies to work on immediately. We are set up so each of us have Laptops and mobile phone provided upon commencement. We have an office in Karratha and Dunsborough, with Clients throughout the Perth CBD, Goldfields & the Pilbara, so some travel for work will be required on occasion.

The White Collar roles we currently have are any position you would see in Mining Civil Construction Environment. Covering everything from Site Admin to Construction Managers, Project Lead, Logistics Coordination, and everything in between!

Business Development skills are required, identifying opportunities, negotiating new terms, matching great candidates with reputable clients; ensuring job satisfaction as well as success for the whole team. We require someone with previous experience to network utilising their past Candidate & Client relationships to assist keeping up with the job placement requirements, while building a Client base.

If you have White Collar Recruitment experience (5 plus years) within an Employment Agency environment where the hustle is real, have strong computer skills, excel in communication and can work in a self managed capacity, we are interested in hearing from you!

This role is suited to a positive, energetic and enthusiastic recruiter, who can overcome challenges in this ever changing market. Thorough with processes and thinking outside the box, influencing Clients and job seekers to ensure their next move is the right one. You would in turn be working within a Collaborative team, supported by a Recruitment Manager and working with a team of Recruiters & Operations Support. Some involvement in Mobilisation is required, mostly Medicals and ensuring they are fit for work however some other duties such as ensuring forms & compliance are completed by the Employees.

You will be remunerated well; with a Commission Structure in place, whilst working within a team where you're encouraged to attend Industry networking & events, we will set targets to ensure we are celebrating wins, as well as have a collaborative approach to any new Business Development ideas.
