This position is based in Karratha, offering an attractive salary and a range of other benefits including, but not limited to:HousingSix weeks annual leaveWellness program13% SuperannuationMonthly ATO’sThe Senior Strategic Planner works as part of a small planning team and with other teams to deliver a range of important strategic planning projects. For example, over the next few years you will assist the City deliver projects like a Scheme review and the technical studies that support it; Scheme amendments; Townsite Growth Plans; Centre Precinct Plans and a review of the City's structure plans forward of 2025. With over $25Bn worth of projects recently commenced and $150Bn worth of projects in the pipeline over the next 10 years in the Pilbara, there will be plenty of exciting planning work for you to get involved in.The successful person will possess:Tertiary qualification in land use planning, or an acceptable related course of studyMinimum 3 years planning experienceNational (or Federal) Police Certificate (no more than 6 months old)Applications are to include a CV, completed application form, and a covering letter (max 2 pages) indicating your ability to meet the role requirements.For enquiries about this position, please contact the People & Culture team on (08) 9186 8543.Applications are to be received by
