If this interests you, we want to hear from you. We are looking for an experienced Urban Planner to join our team. You will have good strategic thinking, research and analysis skills, a sound understanding of the Western Australian planning system, and take pride in delivering quality work. For the right candidate, we’re open to discussing flexible working arrangements. Your focus will be: Preparing and reviewing planning policies to support the City’s Local Planning Scheme No.3. Preparing scheme amendments and assessing landowner scheme amendment requests. Supporting the team in the preparation of Local Development Plans and planning studies. Preparation of formal submissions to State Government on matters affecting the city. Provision of professional strategic planning expertise to the Alliance and organisation. Assisting in the supervision of external consultants to deliver the City’s projects on time and on budget.
