In addition to our College website, you can learn more about our staff culture by downloading a copy of theACC Way .About the roleApplications are sought from suitably qualified and experienced educational leaders for the position of Principal.The Principal is responsible for maintaining and developing the positive culture and community of the school, ensuring students have access to high quality teaching and learning. The role is supported by the Corporate Office with finance, HR, marketing, IT and building projects being provided by CEM. The Principal's role will be to grow and lead the School producing a strong Christian teaching culture of high quality. The Principal will be expected to generate the momentum required to move the School forward.This full-time position is expected to start January 2025 (open to negotiation).The position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for identity, rights to work in Australia, and child protection in accordance with CEM policy.Requirements
