:Get hands-on experience in a variety of

functional

areas, enhancing

your HR core competency knowledge

L

earn the nuances of

how talent principles are incorporated in

business

strategies

Experience a variety of

tactical and strategic

assignments that will challenge you and

let you

create and improve HR processes

and programs

Perform analysis of high

-

demand and future talent needs across business lines

Support design and development of strategic initiatives including talent

programs

HR strategy and operations, HR services,

etc

.

Review and analyze talent

data and metrics

to

identify

trends and create summaries

Develop

human resources

and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives

Build a supportive community of peers through a variety of cohort strengthening activities such as social events

In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

Pay Range: $90,100.00 - $106,000.00 - $116,600.00Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
