We join forces to bring together the best of the best to create practical, meaningful products and services that make life easier—empowering people to do better, safer, more significant work.About the Role:We are seeking a motivated, self-driven individual looking for a long-term position to manage all aspects of the Electronic Security and Electronic Life Safety systems at our Stanley Black & Decker sites and SBD affiliate sites within the assigned region.Assigned Region:Southwestern USA, Mexico, Central America, and South AmericaKey Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day Electronic Security and Life Safety Systems needs at the SBD sites located within the assigned region (Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, intercoms, and Intrusion Systems).Ensure that all Electronic Security and Life Safety System’s preventative maintenance is performed on schedule.Provide Project Management to all Electronic Security/ Life Safety systems installations at the SBD sites within the assigned region.Assist the local Securitas Sales teams with system design and site walk-throughs.Keep abreast of changes and new developments in products and technology. Attend and complete training programs as requested.Responsible for any programming and configuration associated with electronic security software packages.Work closely with the Physical Security team and assist where needed.Support other groups as needs arise (Human Resources, Employee Health and Safety, etc).Perform other duties as assigned.Education / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.Must hold 10+ years’ experience installing and/or servicing intrusion, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV security systems.Pro-Watch certifications preferred.MaxPro video system certification preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.Access Control system knowledge required.Intrusion Detection system knowledge required.Fire Alarm knowledge required.IP Video and IT component experience required.Carry items up to 50 pounds.Available after hours and weekends as needed for critical customer/system support.A valid driver’s license, without restrictions, is required.A valid Passport is required.Joining the Stanley Black & Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
