Valuation Analyst

•Review daily pricing exceptions, including stale pricing, security and FX rate day over day deviations
•Research vendor coverage for missing price exceptions to ensure all holdings are accurately priced
•Monitor internal Investment Book of Record (IBOR) performance against Benchmarks and research discrepancies as needed
•Review and resolve pricing and variances between internal IBOR and various Fund Administrators
•Manage multiple fund pricing hierarchies within the internal IBOR system
•Monitor corporate actions and ensure correct daily pricing applied as a result of stock splits, spin offs, warrants, etc.
•Liaise with Pricing vendors on price file delays, as well as security coverage requests
•Participate in multiple technology initiatives integrating with middle and front office operating systems
•Collaborate or identify continuous improvement opportunities within the Investment Operations department
Qualifications :•Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience in pricing and valuation
•Experience with Bloomberg strongly preferred
•Experience with Pricing Vendor portals – ICE, Reuters Refinitiv
•Experience with Corporate Actions
•Experience with exchange-traded and OTC derivatives
•Strong technical background and the ability to work independently
•Experience with various asset classes including equities, fixed income securities, and derivatives
•Solid working knowledge of Excel, macros, database queries, and database reports
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Experience writing procedures/documentation
•Ability to work well within groups both large and small
•Experience with Simcorp Dimension preferred
•Experience with SQL is also preferred
