Key Role:Support NAVSEA and Affiliated PEO acquisition and sustainment commands with life cycle logistics planning and execution. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.Basic Qualifications:15+ years of experience in a NAVSEA, NAVWAR, or NAVAIR PMO as a Product Support Manager, Deputy PSM, or Life Cycle Logistician5+ years of experience in NAVSEA, NAVAIR, or NAVWAR Program Management leadershipKnowledge of DoD 5000 and expectations of PSMAbility to lead teams and achieve program goals and objectivesBachelor’s degree in a Business or Engineering fieldDAWIA Level III Life Cycle Logistics or Program Management CertificationSecret clearanceAdditional Qualifications:Experience as a PSM or Deputy PSM in a NAVSEA affiliated PMOKnowledge of private sector proposal developmentAbility to coordinate and lead business growth opportunitiesPossession of excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPossession of excellent written and verbal communication skillsMaster’s degree in a Business, Engineering, or related technical fieldDAWIA Level III CertificationsTop Secret clearanceClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.Compensation:The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD).
