This career will further develop your interpersonal and commercial skills, giving you real opportunity for personal and professional growth!Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation within your target market and territoryManage the process from interview through offer stage and close of saleManage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and newSearch, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resourcesBuild close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidatesConduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidatesMentor and develop entry level sales consultants across the officeHave an involvement in proposal process by developing and pitching proposalsNegotiate Commercial Terms of business and ratesProfileOur ideal candidate will have:1 year minimum in b2b sales OR 360 recruitment environmentProspecting experience is requiredClosing business is requiredFamiliarity with Salesforce and sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn recruiter, job boards etc.)A positive attitude and desire to win.
