Cision is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team. You will be responsible for managing the Executive's schedule, booking extensive international travel and coordinating with Senior internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Administration Support:

You will provide administrative support, promptly reviewing and tracking incoming enquiries such as emails, invitations, and correspondence. You will manage the Executive's calendar triaging meeting appointment requests both internally and externally and working to book these into calendars in a manageable way. You will also support with systems such as Concur and Expensify, approving travel and expense requests from the Executive Leadership Team.Coordination:

You will arrange complex international travel, visas, accommodation and managing expenses. Have agendas prepared, scheduling meetings and rooms for events or office visits.Project Management:

You will support in arranging strategic meetings, offsites and workshops. You will support on delivery timelines and support coordination with cost approvals. You will support handling multiple stakeholder management and diary management.Qualifications/Requirements:

Previous EA/PA experience to C-suite members.Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings internally and externally and coordinating travel and meetings across multiple international time zones is essential.A successful track-record of working in a comparable high-profile role in a large and/or complex, fast-moving organisation.Excellent organisation, attention to detail, ability to multitask effectively, be proactive and anticipate needs.High integrity and discretion on confidential and sensitive issues.Sound experience of establishing positive and productive relationships at senior level within organisations and having the tact and diplomacy to ensure these are maintained effectively.Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, oral and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Slack.Cision is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees can be their authentic selves and perform at their best.
