Position Overview
Be a part of a nonprofit dedicated to by providing homes and critical services like life skills, financial literacy, and job training in its local area. As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in various departments while also providing leadership to meet organizational goals and foster a culture that enhances operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Design and implement business strategies, policies, plans, and proceduresOversee daily operations and senior leaders in Programs, Real Estate/Facilities, Data, and ITDevelop and execute short- and long-term strategic goalsEvaluate risk and lead quality assurance effortsImprove operations across various departments to drive the organization's missionFoster relationships with staff, funders, stakeholders, and the board of directorsAct as backup to the CEO, stepping in as neededProvide reporting, analysis, and growth strategies to the Board of Directors and CEOAttend Board meetings and oversee the Real Estate CommitteeEnsure compliance with laws and regulations
Qualifications
Master’s degree in related field5+ years of non-profit leadership experience preferred10+ years of supervisory experienceProven track record of effective leadershipStrong skills in data analysis, reporting, and budgetingExcellent communication skills
Compensation
Salary: $200,000 - $210,000Medical, Dental, and Vision insurancePet insuranceLife and Disability InsuranceCommuter benefit program9 paid holidays, 20 days of PTO, 12 sick daysEmployer-sponsored retirement program
